NB - PERSONAL LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

Great house

Again the stay at Perfect Break was very enjoyable. Upon arrival the house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen as always well well stocked with equipment. The only issue observed was the current state of the driveway. Other than that issue a great holiday house.

Excellent Accommodation

Perfect Break has it all. Great views all the way to Hat Head. The Balcony is massive and this is where we spent most of our time when we were back at the house. Getting into town or down to the beach was easy, we only used the car when the surf was to small. I highly recommend Perfect Break especially if you have a few different families staying together.

"hi, I am extremely sorry to say that one of our guys let us down. he left the BBQ dirty and a mark on one of the bedside tables. we are more that happy to replace or repair the table if we can get a picture of what it looks like. the person mentioned disgraced our company by having a few too many and making a fool of himself, he wasn't on holiday, he was there on business. he has since been dismissed from our company. once again, I can not apologise enough for this behaviour. regards Damien"

As per usual we had a great stay at Perfect Break .On arrival the house was clean and in good condition. The house is well appointed with the kitchen has a great supply of utensils and cooking equipment. As always sitting on the balcony is very relaxing and has a view that would be hard to beat. The staff at Crescent Heads Real Estate were very helpful and friendly. As usual we will be returning next year.

House was in top order upon arrival and very clean. Overall the rental was very well appointed and the only issues were the upstairs oven cut out on a number of occasions when in use. Also when attempting to use the BBQ it would not lite although the gas bottle was full. The gas line could not be removed from the bottle it seemed to be corroded. Over all the experience was very enjoyable and the booking system and communication from Crescent Heads Real Estate was very good.

We had a family gathering, to celebrate a 90th Birthday- the house complex accommodated all our needs. The beds were so comfy, the wi-fi was handy and the view is stunning.
