Crescent Head

It’s a lovely older home with potential however it is not well maintained. There was visible mould on doors, walls, inside kitchen cupboards, and on furniture, and the overall place felt dirty. The couch was so filthy it was unusable. We contacted the real estate, who took no action during our stay, simply saying they would pass it on to the owner. They could not of cared less. It raises concerns about whether they actually ever inspect any of the properties they lease.

Perfect position

We had a great stay at the property as was so close to everything and had a perfect view of the surf and crescent inlet. Balcony was also perfect in the afternoons to relax and breath in the coastal breeze for a very nice afternoon drinks with family and friends..! Highly recommended

House was very comfortable and close to everything. Reasonably well equipped in kitchen but missed a dishwasher.(Understand space would have been the issue). Grounds well maintained.

Perfect little escape right in the center of everything. Clean and tidy home with nice private deck to chill out on. A quick stroll to the beach and Country Club.The perfect location!

Crescent Escape

Unfortunately Crescent Escape did not live up to its profile. Mould on the walls and ceiling of 2 rooms looks as though there had been previous water damage to the property. Furniture had marks where had been chewed by what I can only presume was a dog. Bed frame in one bedroom broken. Clothesline not in good condition, no dryer or drying/clothes airer and we experienced rain so drove to Kempsey to purchase one our selves. No dishwasher had to rewash some glasses/cookwear before using, musty smell in kitchen cupboards. Property was in a good location but did offer value for money.
