Downstairs is a studio bedroom with basic kitchenette, TV, fridge & lock-up garage.

NB - PERSONAL LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

Great service from Crescent Head Holiday Rentals (CHHR)

Even though I was able to book and pay online, the team at CHHR were always available to answer questions and make requested changes in relation to our booking. They always include a little welcome pack with essentials which is very handy especially if you're getting in late and don't have time to shop. Our accommodation is looking a little tired, but we like it and it's priced accordingly. We've been coming back around 10-12 years now and will continue to do so.

Perfect for us. A lovely family home with a family feel. Ideal distance to shops and beach. Sea Folly was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Downstairs is like a granny flat with its own shower, toilet and entry + place to boil a kettle. Verandah has a lovely view through the trees to the beach. Can't wait to visit again.

Great Place to stay, we will definitely be staying again. The driveway needs a clean it is very slippery, I went for a slide last week. The grey concrete section is the worst where i slipped. However, we did slip on the orange bit as well, until we educated ourselves it is very slippery and walked on the Neighbours property. A dustpan and broom would have been handy. There are a couple of scrappy trees that could do with a trim, this would make the views better. Very happy with our stay. Andrew

A friend and I visited Crescent Head for a bit of surfing and stayed at Sea Folly. It was clean, convenient, lots of space, good amenities. Wired internet would be a good addition.

Top Holiday Rental

Great weekend getaway. Nice and light and airy, open plan livingroom/kitchen is fantastic. Highlight was deck/bbq where we spent most of the weekend when we weren’t in the surf. Everyone was very helpful with the booking and directions etc.

Crescent head Escape

A quiet home set back from the street. The dishwasher wouldn’t work a number of times and needs replacing. I’d be concerned about the grevillea on the garage roof growing through the gutters. This will damage the garage roof beyond repair shortly. Apart from dishwasher a great home to chill out in with the family.

Older style Beach House Good View But not for Everyone

House was in need of some maintenance. Lounge was ripped, mismatched chairs and crockery. Bathroom was old and very dark, doona covers need replacing. View was great from the deck which was probably the best part. Location was quite central. Real estate not open on Sundays but they had not advised that prior to arrival. Where we live agents are open 7 days so it want to be expected. After panicking, we found a small note on the door that said to collect from bottle shop. They were extremely rude and pretended not to have the keys.
